Route Information

The Life Style Sports Park West course is designed for flow, rhythm, and enjoyment. Starting and finishing on Hume Avenue, runners follow a clearly marked loop through wide business park roads that allow you to settle into your stride and maintain your pace.

The 5K completes one lap, while 10K runners complete two, with a clearly signposted split point to guide second-lap runners. With marshals stationed throughout and a smooth surface underfoot, it’s a course that’s perfect for steady pacing, building confidence, and enjoying the evening race atmosphere.

Whether you’re racing hard or soaking up the experience, Park West provides a route that keeps you focused, supported, and moving toward that finish-line moment.
