Finish Line: The Faythe, Wexford Town
Local car parks: Euro Car Park, Allen Street, High Street, Crescent Quay, Rowe Street, Bride Street.
Do not park in Paul Quay Car Park — it is closed for the race start.
Train: Wexford Station (10-min walk).
Bus: Bus Éireann Route 2/X2.
Carpooling encouraged.
Located at the National Learning Network Centre (NLNC), The Faythe, open from 8:00am.

The Wexford Half Marathon & 10K offers a scenic and varied route that captures the very best of the southeast coast. The race begins along the picturesque Quays of Wexford Town, winds through the peaceful countryside, and finishes at the historic Faythe, offering a mix of town, rural, and coastal views that will keep every kilometre fresh and motivating.
The 10K is ideal for runners of all abilities, while the Half Marathon extends further into the countryside before looping back towards town for a lively, crowd-filled finish. With friendly marshals, smooth organisation, and plenty of local support, it’s a route you’ll remember long after race day.

We encourage everyone to take the event at a comfortable, manageable pace. However, cut-off times apply to ensure the course can be operated safely (roads reopened, marshals stood down, etc.). If you plan to walk the full distance, you’re unlikely to meet the cut-offs.
Yes, Half Marathon cut-off is 3 hours.
Yes, every finisher receives a t-shirt & medal.
A T-shirt Swap Zone will be available on race day for unworn shirts but we cannot guarantee your size will be available.
Yes, bag drop is at the NLNC (The Faythe), and is open from 8:00am.
Yes, local car parks available (Euro, Allen St, High St, Crescent Quay, Rowe St, Bride St). Paul Quay Car Park is closed.
All Irish-based entries who signed up before the postal cut-off will receive their number in the post a week before the event. Anyone who signed up after this will have to collect their number. Overseas and incomplete addresses must collect their race number.
Numbers are dispatched in batches. If yours hasn’t arrived, collect at the Help Desk before the race.
Your number will be held for you collect at one of the number collection sessions.
Event t-shirts are either posted with your number or to be collected on the night depending on when you signed up. If you ordered additional Bear Races Running apparel this is posted out separately.
You can drop to a shorter distance, please note you must let our team know in advance
