The Wheelworx Pikeman Triathlon returns for 2025, bigger, bolder, and more exciting than ever! Hosted at the stunning coastal setting of Rosslare Strand, this Standard Distance Triathlon (1.5k Swim | 40k Bike | 10k Run) is part of the Triathlon Ireland National Series.
Whether you’re chasing a podium or ticking off a personal milestone, the Pikeman promises a race experience you won’t forget.

Swim: 1.5km
– Open water swim in Rosslare’s sheltered bay
– Rolling start: 5 athletes every 5 seconds
– Kayaks & motorboats on standby for safety
Bike: 40km (Flat Road)
– Two-loop course with scenic coastal roads
– Traffic-calmed villages & race-neutral safety zones
– Neutralised zones at roundabouts for safety enforcement
– No drafting / Not draft-legal
Run: 10km (Undulating Tarmac)
– Two-lap course on partially closed roads
– Coned separation from traffic for safety
– Finish line located near transition with great spectator views
